Don't Mess with Mother Nature

Well, the "Witches of November" are blowing us around here in Northeastern Ohio.  This is the kind of weather that sunk the Edmund Fitzgerald.  Here is a video that shows the majesty and power of Mother Nature.

Give a girl a camera....

and who knows what will happen.  My 14 year old daughter loves to take pictures and she is developing quiet an eye.  I've put together a video of some of her work.  Check it out!

Hello, everyone!  Welcome to my blog.  I hope to share my love of nature and photography with you by posting pictures and info on the places that my family and I find in our travels.  We love to find cool, out-of-the-way hidden places and share them with others.

This picture was taken on the shore of the Conneaut Creek, not too far from our home in Ohio.  My son and I were on a Boy Scout camp out and this was the scene that greeted us when we woke up.
